Chili Sesame Pork Belly Stir Fry

Directions

1. Season the pork belly with salt and pepper, then toss in the cornstarch until evenly coated.

2. In a wok or heavy skillet, heat up 1 tbsp neutral oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook briefly, stirring.

3. Turn the heat to medium-high and add the pork belly to the wok. Cook, tossing occasionally, until the pork belly is crisp and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.

4. Add the trimmed green beans and cook, stirring, until the beans are bright green, tender and crisp, about 3-4 minutes.

5. Turn the heat down to medium-low and add Bachan’s Chili Sesame Japanese Barbecue Sauce. Toss to coat everything evenly, then remove from the heat.

6. Finish with red pepper flakes and toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy hot, with rice, noodles, or your carb of choice.
