What is the shelf life?

The shelf life of Bachan’s is 18 months from the production date. You can find the “Best By” date stamped near the bottom of the bottle.

Is the sauce shelf-stable or does it need to stay cold?

Bachan’s is shelf-stable. Refrigerate after opening.

Who is your shipping carrier?

United States Postal Service (USPS). Please provide your complete address (including apartment, suite, or unit number) and review for accuracy before finalizing your order. This will ensure your package arrives correctly and without delay.

How long will shipping take?

Is Bachan’s available for purchase internationally?

Bachan’s is currently only available for sale within the United States (including Puerto Rico). We hope to be able to offer international purchase and shipping in the future.

My USPS tracking notification indicates my package was delivered but it is not here.

There are a few possibilities as to why your package hasn't arrived. In our experience, USPS tracking notifications can be wrong. Please assist us by taking the following steps:

1. Ask your neighbors to see if they received your package by accident.

2. Contact your local post office with your tracking number. Your package could be stuck there or a representative could have information on how/ where to locate it.

3. Wait for a few days because there might be another delivery attempt.

4. Contact us at support@bachans.com for further support.

How can I update information I incorrectly provided in my purchase order?

We are unable to access your personal information in our ordering platform. We can however update information in our shipping platform therefore, please contact us at support@bachans.com for assistance. We suggest creating an account for ease of information updates and repeat ordering.
