We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the tamper evident seal under the cap of your sauce must be untampered with, and unopened.  For apparel, your product must be unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If your product arrives damaged, please take a picture of your damaged item(s), reply back to your order confirmation email, and we will replace your damaged item(s).

Exceptions / non-returnable items

If your sauce has been opened and/or the tamper evident seal under the cap has been tampered with, we cannot accept a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


We only accept exchanges for products that are defective or damaged.  Please contact if you receive a product that is defective or damaged.  


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your product.  We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.  We don't guarantee the arrival of your returned item.
