Directions

1. Marinate the steaks for 2 – 24 hours in the refrigerator.

2. Thirty minutes before grilling, remove the steaks from the fridge and let them come to room temperature.

3. Season steaks with a little salt and freshly ground pepper.

3. Grill at 500ºF until golden brown and slightly charred, 3 minutes per side, depending on thickness.

4. Brush both sides generously with Bachan sauce and grill until sauce caramelizes, 1 minute per side.

5. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice the steak against the grain to serve.

    Ribeye Heaven...

My family and I tried this recipe and it was a hit. We loved the sesame and umami kick and it was a perfect pair with the dipping sauce. I think we like it better than steak sauce, more interesting and flavorful. The Original BBQ sauce was perfect as a marinade too, sweet and savory goodness.

Bachan'sOriginalCreamy, Savory, and Umami Flavor.

This is our sweet, savory and borderline irresistible Original Japanese Dipping Sauce. It has only good ingredients. Like thick, creamy stone-ground sesame that hugs finger foods in all the right places. And non-GMO, traditionally brewed soy sauce. And real ginger. And mouthwatering miso. It’s basically a who’s who of clean Japanese ingredients that you would gladly dip your fingers into if no one was watching. But if anyone’s around, chicken, spring rolls, apps and veggies work too.

At Bachan’s, we keep our promise to keep it real. Our crave-worthy flavor always comes from simple, clean ingredients. And we cold-fill every bottle to eliminate the need for preservatives, additives or flavorings. Now let’s eat! Itadakimasu!
