BACHAN'S TURKEY MEATBALLS

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375℉

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, Bachan’s, Bragg’s or soy sauce and toasted sesame seed oil.

  3. Stir in the breadcrumbs.

  4. Add the ground turkey, sesame seeds, onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, salt and pepper and mix until thoroughly combined.

  5. Coat the bottom of a glass casserole dish with the avocado oil.

  6. Use your hands to form the turkey mixture into golf ball sized meatballs.

  7. Place in a casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.

  8. Serve the meatballs with your favorite rice (we love coconut rice with these), fresh greens and an extra drizzle of Bachan's for a healthy and satisfying meal.

Bachan'sThe OriginalBold, fresh and filled with umami flavor.

The one that started it all, the O.G. Japanese Barbecue Sauce – bold, savory-sweet, and so authentic, it should be notarized. Our crave-worthy flavors come from traditionally brewed soy sauce, mirin, ginger, garlic and green onion– only clean, simple ingredients.

Growing up, my bachan (aka granny) would cook up the most amazing meals with our family’s sauce. Now, we are honored to share this multi-generational recipe with you. Let’s eat! Itadakimasu!
