BBQ Cajun Shrimp

BBQ Cajun Shrimp

Directions

1. In a bowl, add raw shrimp with olive oil & cajun seasoning. Marinate for 15 minutes.

2. In another bowl, add hot sauce, Bachan's, garlic, lemon  juice, chili flakes, parsley, & salt

3. Pan-sear marinated shrimp for 3 minutes each side, until pink.

4. Add the sauce mixture & stir.

5. Add butter to enhance flavors!

6. Finally mix cornstarch & water to make slurry & add in the pan. You will see the sauce thickened. This helps the shrimp to be fully coated in sauce & not become watery. Serve hot! Enjoy!!

1 lb Jumbo Shrimp peeled & deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp hot sauce
½ cup Bachan's
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp red chili flakes
½ tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp cajun seasoning

1 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
