BBQ Chicken French Bread
- Cook Time: 30 Minutes
- Serves: 4 People
Directions
- Marinate the chicken thighs in Bachan’s for 2 hours minimum, ideally overnight.
- Grill the chicken over med-high heat flipping every 2-3 mins. Remove once the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Grill the corn, rotating every 2 minutes and remove once they have char.
- Chop the chicken into bite size pieces then cut the corn from the cobb.
- Cut the french bread in half lengthwise, then butter the inside and toast the bread.
- Drizzle a layer of Bachan’s first, then add the cheese, chicken, red onions, jalapenos and corn.
- Place it back on the grill for 10 minutes, indirect of the heat.
- Remove once the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.

- ½ pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 ears of fresh sweet corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 fresh jalapeno
- 1 loaf french bread
- ½ cup Bachan’s
- 4 tbsp butter
- ¼ thin red onion slices
