BBQ Chicken French Bread

Directions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs in Bachan’s for 2 hours minimum, ideally overnight.

  2. Grill the chicken over med-high heat flipping every 2-3 mins. Remove once the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

  3. Grill the corn, rotating every 2 minutes and remove once they have char.

  4. Chop the chicken into bite size pieces then cut the corn from the cobb.

  5. Cut the french bread in half lengthwise, then butter the inside and toast the bread.

  6. Drizzle a layer of Bachan’s first, then add the cheese, chicken, red onions, jalapenos and corn.

  7. Place it back on the grill for 10 minutes, indirect of the heat.

  8. Remove once the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
