Beef Quesadilla

Directions

  1. Marinate the shaved beef in Sweet & Spicy Bachan’s.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and sriracha then set aside in the fridge.

  3. Thinly slice the green pepper and onions lengthwise .

  4. Cook the peppers and onions on a hot griddle for 5 minutes. Set aside once soft.

  5. Add the marinated shaved beef and cook over high heat for 5 minutes until fully cooked. 

  6. Mix the meat, peppers and onions together on the griddle. 

  7. Place the grande burrito on the griddle. Add shredded cheese to half of the tortilla then top with steak, peppers and onions. Top with more shredded cheese then fold over. Cook for 2 minutes on each side then remove once the tortilla is golden brown. 

  8. Cut the tortilla into fourths then serve with sriracha sour cream mixture.

• XL Grande Burrito 

• ½ cup sour cream 

• 2 tbsp sriracha
