Chicken Bacon Egg Rolls

Chicken Bacon Egg Rolls

Directions

  1. Marinate the chicken in the Hot & Spicy Bachan’s, BBQ rub and SPG blend.

  2. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy.

  3. Grill the marinated chicken thighs over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  4. Cut the cooked chicken and bacon into bite size pieces.

  5. In a large bowl combine: chicken, bacon, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese and chopped green onions then mix thoroughly. 

  6. Place ⅓ cup of mixture in an egg roll wrapper, then fold one corner over the top of the mixture. Fold the side corners in, lightly wet the remaining unfolded edges then seal the egg roll.

  7. Deep fry the egg rolls in 350°F oil for 3-5 minutes and remove once golden brown.

  8. Serve with Bachan’s dipping sauce then enjoy!

• 1 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs

• ½ pound thick cut bacon

• ¼ cup Hot & Spicy Bachan’s

• 1 tbsp BBQ rub

• 1 tbsp SPG blend

• 1 block cream cheese

• ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

• ¼ cup green onions

• Extra large egg roll wrappers

• 1 liter of oil for frying
