Chicken & Mashed Potato Bowl

Directions
Cube chicken breast, marinate chicken in Sweet Honey Bachan’s, salt and pepper in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Peel and quarter potatoes and place in a pot with water and salt, boil until fork tender. Slice onions and parsley.
In a lightly oiled pan cook marinated chicken pieces until the chicken is no longer pink (165F) remove the chicken, add in sliced onions and a little water to deglaze the pan.
Cook onions down until there is no liquid, add in Sweet Honey Bachan’s enough to just coat the pan, and lots of cracked pepper, turn the heat down to simmer.
Mash your potatoes with 4 Tbsp of butter and the milk, season with salt and pepper. Prepare corn based on bag instructions (microwave)
Once onions are soft, melt 2 Tbsp of butter, coat onions then sprinkle 2 Tbsp of flour mix to coat the onions then pour in 3-4 cups of chicken broth. Bring to a boil then down to a simmer, whisk until thick.
Assemble the bowls, with mashed potatoes, chicken, corn, gravy, cheese, then top with parsley!

• About a ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
• About ½ cup of Bachan’s Sweet Honey
• 6 Tbsp of butter
• 2 Tbsp of flour
• ½ cup milk
• Chopped fresh parsley
