Crispy Chicken Tacos

Directions
- Cut chicken into bite sized pieces then place in a bowl and marinate in Bachan’s Original and salt, pepper, garlic powder blend seasoning.Â
- Add to a large skillet and cook over medium high heat so that the chicken gets nice and caramelized.
- Remove chicken once it reaches an internal temperature of 165° F.
- Cook bacon in the skillet and remove once crispy then chop up.
- In a bowl mix the chicken, bacon and room temperature cream cheese.
- Assemble the tacos by adding ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese to a warm skillet. (For spice, also add thinly sliced jalapenos)Â
- Once the cheese begins to melt, add a corn tortilla and fill with meat mixture.
- Fold taco in half once the cheese sticks to the tortilla then flip every minute until both sides are crispy.Â
- Serve warm then enjoy!

• 1 lb of chicken thighs
• Bachan's Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce
• ½ lb bacon
• ½ block cream cheese
• Yellow corn tortillas
• Shredded cheddar cheese
• Fresh jalapeño- thinly sliced (optional)
