Crispy Chicken Tacos

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces then place in a bowl and marinate in Bachan’s Original and salt, pepper, garlic powder blend seasoning.

  2. Add to a large skillet and cook over medium high heat so that the chicken gets nice and caramelized.

  3. Remove chicken once it reaches an internal temperature of 165° F.

  4. Cook bacon in the skillet and remove once crispy then chop up.

  5. In a bowl mix the chicken, bacon and room temperature cream cheese.

  6. Assemble the tacos by adding ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese to a warm skillet. (For spice, also add thinly sliced jalapenos)

  7. Once the cheese begins to melt, add a corn tortilla and fill with meat mixture.

  8. Fold taco in half once the cheese sticks to the tortilla then flip every minute until both sides are crispy.

  9. Serve warm then enjoy!

Bachan'sThe OriginalBold, fresh and filled with umami flavor.

The one that started it all, the O.G. Japanese Barbecue Sauce – bold, savory-sweet, and so authentic, it should be notarized. Our crave-worthy flavors come from traditionally brewed soy sauce, mirin, ginger, garlic and green onion– only clean, simple ingredients.

Growing up, my bachan (aka granny) would cook up the most amazing meals with our family’s sauce. Now, we are honored to share this multi-generational recipe with you. Let’s eat! Itadakimasu!
