Crispy Roasted Potatoes


1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring a large pot of water up to a boil over high heat then turn down and cook the potatoes at a simmer for 8 minutes, or just until the potatoes are par cooked. Drain well.

2. Toss the potatoes with the oil, making sure to coat each potato. Add the oiled potatoes to a roasting dish or baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crispy.

3. Remove the potatoes from the oven and toss with Bachan’s Gluten Free Barbecue Sauce. Finish with sliced green onions and enjoy hot.


2 tbsp of Bachan's Gluten-Free Japanese Barbecue Sauce, divided
4-6 large Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces
1/4 cup neutral oil
1 bunch green onions, sliced
