Gameday Cheesesteak Queso

Directions

  1. Marinate the shaved beef with Bachan’s Original and 2 tbsp of your favorite beef seasoning. 

  2. Dice the bell peppers and onions 

  3. In a skillet, add oil then cook the peppers and onions for 8-10 minutes until softened and charred. Remove peppers and onions then set aside. 

  4. Cook the shaved beef for 5-7 minutes or until browned then remove.

  5. In the skillet, add all of the cheeses and milk then cook over medium low heat. Continue to stir until fully combined.

  6. Add the beef, peppers and onions into the melted cheese then stir.

  7. Top the queso with some reserved peppers, onions and steak.

  8. Serve with toasted baguette or tortilla chips and enjoy!
