Spicy Holiday Bloody Mary

Directions

1. Coat the rim of a glass with shichimi togarashi and fill with ice.

2. In a mixing glass filled with ice, stir together the vodka, Clamato, Bachan's Sweet and Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce and freshly ground pepper.

3. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with cucumber, lime, celery, and crispy bacon.

Note: This is actually a caesar, which is a more umami forward version of a Bloody Mary. If you prefer a bloody mary, just substitute with tomato juice.
