Spicy Lettuce Cups

Directions

1. Heat up a bit of oil in a pan over medium heat. When hot, add chicken and cook, breaking up, until browned and cooked through.

2. Stir in Bachan's Hot and Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce, then remove from the heat and stir in the shallot, cilantro, and scallions.

3. Serve in lettuce cups, topping with chopped toasted cashews, lime, and spicy peppers, if desired.

BachansHot & SpicyThe perfect amount of sweet heat.

Great as a sauce or marinade on meat, fish, veggies, rice & anything in-between.

Our Hot & Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce has attitude. It’s like that edgy, salty cousin who’s just the right amount of dangerous to make you feel safe, but also alive. We gave our family recipe a kick of sweet heat with red jalapeno, and our crave-worthy flavor always comes from simple, clean ingredients. Let's eat! Itadakimasu!
