Spicy Lettuce Cups

Directions

1. Heat up a bit of oil in a pan over medium heat. When hot, add chicken and cook, breaking up, until browned and cooked through.

2. Stir in Bachan's Sweet and Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce, then remove from the heat and stir in the shallot, cilantro, and scallions.

3. Serve in lettuce cups, topping with chopped toasted cashews, lime, and spicy peppers, if desired.

1 lb ground chicken
2 tbsp Bachan's Sweet and Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce
1 shallot, sliced
¼ cup chopped cilantro
¼ cup sliced scallions
1 head lettuce of choice, washed and separated into leaves
oil, for the pan
lime to serve
