Japanese Cheesesteak
- Cook Time: 20 MinutesÂ

Directions
- Marinate the shaved beef in a bowl with 4 tbsp of Bachan’s Original for 1 hour.
- Preheat the griddle to medium high heat 10 minutes prior to cooking.Â
- Thinly slice the onion and green bell pepper.
- Cook the marinated beef on a griddle. Add the onions, carrots and green peppers in a separate pile then season with salt and pepper.
- Flip the beef after 3-4 minutes then shred with two metal spatulas as it cooks.
- Top the pile of beef with 3 slices of provolone cheese then add the vegetables on top. Â
- Mix everything together once the cheese is melted.
- Add a light drizzle of Bachan's on top, then add 3 additional slices of cheese.
- Stuff the everything into a hoagie roll then wrap the hoagie in some foil and let it sit for 2-3 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.Â
- Slice in half then enjoy!

• 1 tsp salt and pepper mix
• 1 pound thinly shaved beef
• 1 medium yellow onion
• ¼ cup shredded Carrots
• 1 green bell pepper
• 6 slices of provolone cheese
• 2 hoagie rolls
