Loaded Burger Fries

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 and prepare fries based on bagged instructions, dice onions, slice green onions, dice pickles and shred the cheese.

  1. Flip the fries halfway through cooking, now make the burger sauce. Combine all sauce ingredients mix until smooth, taste and add more of each if needed ie. too bitter add more ketchup, too sweet add more mustard and seasonings, too thick add more pickle juice.

  1. Prepare the ground beef, cook onions in oil in a medium pan until starting to become clear, add in your beef, break up the meat and season with bachans original enough to coat the pan and continue cooking until beef is cooked through.

  1. Time to assemble, Pile your fries all onto 1 pan, layer the beef, cheese, lettuce, burger sauce, bacon, and green onions. Serve immediately  right off the pan.
