Miso Chicken Skewers
- Cook Time: 20 MinutesÂ
- Serves: 4 People
Directions
- Cube the chicken thighs into 1 inch cubes then place them in a bowl and marinate them with Bachan’s Miso Japanese Barbecue Sauce.Â
- Mix sriracha and mayo then set aside. (Make sure this is a very orange color - reduce mayo for a more concentrated color.)
- 30 minutes prior to cooking the chicken, place wooden skewers in water to help prevent them from burning during the cook.
- Place the chicken on skewers making sure they are tightly packed then season with bbq rub.
- Spray the chicken with oil spray then season them with a salt, pepper garlic powder blend.Â
- Grill them over direct heat, rotating them every 3 minutes. Remove once the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Top them with the Sriracha Mayo, sesame seeds, green onions and a drizzle of Bachan’s Miso.
- Serve warm then enjoy.
