Miso Gyudon Beef Bowl
- Cook Time: 20 Minutes
- Serves: 2
Directions
1. In a skillet over medium high heat, add the neutral oil. When hot, add the onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the beef stock to the skillet along with Bachan’s Miso Barbecue Sauce. Add the beef into the pan, nestling into the onions and stock. Bring to a gentle simmer to reduce the sauce and braise the beef, about 8-10 minutes.
3. Divide the rice evenly between two bowls spoon on some of the sauce. Top the bowls evenly with the beef and onions. Finish both bowls with sliced green onions and 1/2 an egg, if desired. Enjoy immediately.
