Miso Salmon
- Cook Time: 30 Minutes
- Serves: 4 People
Directions
- Marinate salmon portions in Bachan’s Miso Japanese Barbecue Sauce for 4 to 6 hours (Portions should be covered).
- Preheat over to 400 degrees.
- Place marinated salmon portions on a sheet pan covered with aluminum foil (use non-stick spray to avoid sticking).
- Bake salmon for 8 minutes then remove.
- Set oven to broil.
- Place salmon back in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes more—looking for nice caramelization.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, green scallions, and bonito flakes.
