Pineapple Pork Burger
- Cook Time: 20 Minutes
- Serves: 3
Directions
- Add 1-2 tbsp of Bachan’s into the ground pork then mix. Form into ⅓ pound patties then season the outside with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Slice the pineapple into 1 inch thick pieces then season with Bachan’s Original BBQ Sauce.
- Slice the red onion then cook them in a skillet for 3-4 minutes until softened
- Grill the pork over direct heat on the grill for 3-4 minutes each side. Move the patties indirect of the heat until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Grill the sliced pineapple for 2 minutes each side until caramelized on each side.
- Mix together a 50/50 blend of sriracha and mayo.
- Toast the inside of the brioche bun on the grill.
- Assemble the burger with the grilled pork burger, grilled pineapple, cooked red onions, Bachan’s Original then add the top of the bun with Sriracha Mayo.

- 1 pound of Porter Road's ground pork
- 1 whole pineapple
- 1 red onion
- ¼ cup mayo
- ⅛ cup sriracha
- 3 Brioche buns
