Pineapple Teriyaki Burger

Directions
Aioli
- In a bowl, combine Aioli ingredients. Continue to add Salt and Pepper to taste.
Burger
- In a large bowl, combine patty ingredients, and form into patties.
- Grill pineapple rings, lightly coat with Bachan's Sweet Pineapple Sauce.
- In a pan over medium-high heat, first place the jalapeno rings in the pan, followed by the patty on top of the jalapeno. Cook for 2 minutes until patty is crispy brown.
- Carefully flip patty with jalapeños.
- Add more Bachan's Sweet Pineapple to the jalapeños and patty.
- Turn heat down and cook to desired burger temperature.
- Toast burger patties on the grill.
- Assemble burger patty with jalapeños, grilled pineapple ring, and aioli on toasted bun. Enjoy!

• 2lb 80/20 Ground Beef
• 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
• 3TBLSP Bachan's Sweet Pineapple Japanese Barbecue Sauce
Aioli
• 1/2 cup Mayo
• 3 Cloves Garlic, Grated
• 2tsp Fresh Cracked Pepper
• 1tsp Salt
• Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
Pineapple Rings
• 1 Whole Pineapple, Cored, Thinly Sliced Into Rings
• Jalapeno - Thinly Sliced
