Pork Belly Ssam
- Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Directions
1. Heat up a grill or grill pan over medium high heat. Grill the pork belly pieces, flipping as needed, until golden brown and crispy. When the pork is cooked through, lightly brush with Hot and Spicy Bachan’s on both sides.
2. Remove the pork belly slices from the grill and serve immediately with the lettuce leaves, green onions, cucumber slices, rice, kimchi and pickles if using, and extra Bachan’s Hot and Spicy Barbecue Sauce.
ingredients
• 2 lbs pork belly, cut into 1/4 inch x 2 inch slices
• 1/3 cup Bachan’s Hot and Spicy Barbecue Sauce, plus extra to serve
• 1 head lettuce, separated and washed
• 1 bunch green onions, julienned
• 1 cucumber, cut into slices
• 3 cups cooked short grain rice
• kimchi and pickles as desired, optional
