Pork Belly Ssam

Directions

1. Heat up a grill or grill pan over medium high heat. Grill the pork belly pieces, flipping as needed, until golden brown and crispy. When the pork is cooked through, lightly brush with Sweet and Spicy Bachan’s on both sides.

2. Remove the pork belly slices from the grill and serve immediately with the lettuce leaves, green onions, cucumber slices, rice, kimchi and pickles if using, and extra Bachan’s Sweet and Spicy Barbecue Sauce.
