Sausage Fried Rice
- Cook Time: 20 Minutes
- Serves: 4

Directions
Prepare instant white rice according to the box (2 cups rice, 2 cups water)
While prepared rice cools, dice sausage, mince garlic, slice green onions, crack and scramble eggs in a separate bowl.
In a large oiled pan, on medium high heat brown sausage, once browned and crisp, remove from the pan.
Fry the garlic and onion whites in oil left over from the sausage, add extra oil if needed. When garlic becomes fragrant (not browning), add in cooked rice and continue frying.
After the moisture is cooked out of the rice season with onion powder, garlic powder, and Bachan’s Original to taste, start with a little drizzle then continue to add until you have a light brown color to the rice.
Add the sausage back in and the frozen vegetables, stir and add more Bachan’s if needed.
Once the vegetables begin to defrost, make a well in the middle of the pan, exposing the bottom of the pan, pour in scrambled eggs, cook and stir eggs in the middle until halfway cooked, then mix the egg into all of the rice.
Once the eggs are done cooking, remove from the heat, serve immediately, top with green onions, a squeeze of lime, and more Bachan’s Original!
