Shrimp Boil Skewers

Directions
- Place the shrimp in a medium size bowl then marinate in Bachan’s Original for 1 hour. Remove Shrimp from Marinade then generously season the shrimp with a Korean BBQ rub.
- Cut the corn cobs into 2 inch thick rounds with a sharp knife.
Bring a pot of water to a boil then place the cut up corn and potatoes in for 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water when done. - Coat the corn and potatoes with a spray of neutral cooking oil then season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the skewers alternating spicy sausage, raw shrimp, a round of corn, and a potato.
- Place skewers on a preheated grill at 400°F and grill for 3-4 minutes each side. Remove when shrimp is opaque and the vegetables have grill marks.
- Give the skewers a squeeze of fresh lemon over the top of them.
- Serve the skewers warm with a side of Bachan’s Totally Garlic Dipping Sauce then enjoy!

• 1 bag Golden Little Potatoes

• 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil
