Smashburger Tacos
- Cook Time: 1 Hour
- Serves: 4
Directions
Take ⅙ of a pound of Porter Road ground beef, then spread it out on one side of a flour tortilla.
Season the burger with your favorite burger seasoning.
Mix together the burger sauce out of mayo and Bachan’s Hot & Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce.
Fry thick cut bacon over medium heat on a griddle until crispy.
Cook a diced onion in the bacon grease for 10 minutes then remove once softened.
Place the smash burger taco down on the hot griddle over high heat then take a burger press and smash the patty down to help with a sear.
Flip the smashburger taco over after 5 minutes then shut the heat off and add a slice of cheese.
Cook eggs over medium heat sunny side up.
Remove once the cheese is melted and the tortilla becomes crispy.
Assemble the smashburger taco with bacon, onions, burger sauce and an egg on top then enjoy!
