Spam Musubi
- Cook Time: 30 Minutes
- Serves: 4

Directions
Rinse rice until the water runs clear, then cook according to package directions.
While warm, press the cooked rice into a loaf pan or rectangular container lined with parchment for easy removal. Press it firmly and evenly, about 1 to 1½ inches thick.
Then slice into 4 even rectangles, about the size of a SPAM slice.
Heat neutral oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear SPAM slices over medium-high heat until browned on both sides.
Add 2 tablespoons of Bachan’s Roasted Garlic Japanese Barbecue Sauce to the pan and cook until it reduces into a glossy glaze, flipping the SPAM to coat.
To assemble: top each rice piece with a slice of glazed SPAM, wrap with a strip of nori, and finish with a light drizzle of extra Bachan’s.
