Asparagus w/ Fried Egg

Directions

1. In a skillet, heat up the butter over medium high heat until just melted.

2. Add the trimmed asparagus to the pan and cook just until they start to turn bright green, 2-3 minutes. Turn the heat down to low and flip the asparagus. Lightly season with salt and pepper and add Bachan's Gluten-Free Japanese Barbecue Sauce to the pan and cook until tender, another 1-2 minutes.

3. Fry the eggs in a neutral oil in a non stick skillet over medium heat until done to your liking. Plate on the side of the asparagus and finish with extra Bachan's Gluten-Free Japanese Barbecue Sauce. Enjoy!
