Steak And Shrimp Skewers
- Cook Time: 20 Minutes
- Serves: 4

Directions
- Cube a ribeye into 1.5 inch cubes then place in a bowl and marinate in ½ cup of Bachan’s Roasted Garlic and season with salt and pepper for 1 hour.
- Place the shrimp in a separate bowl, then marinate in ¼ cup of Bachan’s Roasted Garlic for 1 hour.
- Preheat your grill for direct high heat cooking.
- Slice up the onion and green bell pepper into 2 inch cubes.
- Place the marinated steak on a skewer alternating with green bell peppers and onions.
- Grill the Steak skewers over direct high heat, turning every 2 minutes until they reach your desired internal temperature.
- Grill the shrimp skewers and green onions over direct high heat for 2 minutes each side then remove.
- Serve the skewers over a bed of white or fried rice.
- Top with a drizzle of Bachan’s Roasted Garlic, sesame seeds then enjoy!

• 12 oz Colossal Shrimp
• 1 cup of Bachan’s Roasted Garlic
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 medium yellow onion
• 1 green bell pepper
• 1 bunch of green onions
• 3 cups of white rice
