Stuffing Fried Rice

Directions

  1. Cook the hot sausage until fully browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the sausage grease, add the onion, celery, carrots and Brussels sprouts. Cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat until soft.
  3. Add the eggs then scramble and cook until slightly undercooked.
  4. Add in the day old rice and the stuffing to the griddle then drizzle Bachan’s over top. Let it cook for 3-5 minutes until warm.
  5. Mix everything together until fully combined.
  6. Serve the stuffing fried rice in a bowl then flip it over upside down and remove the bowl.
  7. Top with turkey gravy then enjoy!

• 1 pound hot sausage
• 1 large onion, diced 
• 1 cup Celery, thinly sliced
• 1 cup Carrots, quartered
• Leftover Stuffing 
• 3 cups Day Old White rice
• 4 Eggs 
• 2 cups Brussels Sprouts, quartered 
• ¼ cup Green onions
