Stuffing Fried Rice
- Cook Time: 20 Minutes
- Serves: 8-10

Directions
- Cook the hot sausage until fully browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the sausage grease, add the onion, celery, carrots and Brussels sprouts. Cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat until soft.
- Add the eggs then scramble and cook until slightly undercooked.
- Add in the day old rice and the stuffing to the griddle then drizzle Bachan’s over top. Let it cook for 3-5 minutes until warm.
- Mix everything together until fully combined.
- Serve the stuffing fried rice in a bowl then flip it over upside down and remove the bowl.
- Top with turkey gravy then enjoy!

• 3 tbsp Bachan’s Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce, plus more for drizzling
• 1 pound hot sausage
• 1 large onion, diced
• 1 cup Celery, thinly sliced
• 1 cup Carrots, quartered
• Leftover Stuffing
• 3 cups Day Old White rice
• 4 Eggs
• 2 cups Brussels Sprouts, quartered
• ¼ cup Green onions
• Turkey Gravy as desired
