Sweet Honey Grilled Halloumi

1. Slice the halloumi into 1/2 inch thick slices. Rub the halloumi generously on all sides with olive oil.

2. Oil and heat a grill pan on the stove over medium heat. When hot, add the halloumi to the grill pan and grill for 2-3 minutes per side or until charred.

3. Generously brush with Sweet Honey Bachan’s, flip, then brush the other side. Remove the halloumi from the grill, drizzle with honey to taste, and enjoy hot.

Optional: Serve with sliced tomatoes and fresh mint.


• 1 block halloumi cheese
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp Bachan’s Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
