Texas Toast Sloppy Joe
- Cook Time: 20 Minutes
- Serves: 8

Directions
- Form the burger into ½ pound balls, like you would for a smash burger.
- Place the balls down on a hot griddle then add the diced onion on top and smash the balls down into patties.
- Season the burger with A SPG blend then let them cook for 4-5 minutes. This will give the burger a nice brown crust on the outside.
- Flip the burgers over and let them cook for another 2-3 minutes then take your spatula and finely break it up.
- Once the meat is browned, remove from the griddle and place in a skillet.
- Place the skillet on the griddle over medium-high heat then add the Bachan’s Original, Ketchup, Mustard and tomato paste. Mix thoroughly and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Place the Texas toast in the oven according to the packaging.
- Take the toasted Texas Toast and press the middle in with a spoon to form a boat.
- Add some shredded cheese, then place the hot sloppy joe mixture on top. Add 2 slices of jalapenos, a light layer of shredded cheese.
- Place the boats on a sheet pan then put them back in the oven at 350F for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm then enjoy!
