Texas Twinkies

Directions
- Combine brisket, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions and Hot & Spicy Bachan’s in a bowl then mix thoroughly.
- Cut an edge off of the jalapeño then remove the seed and core.
- Stuff the mixture into the jalapeño, then cover jalapeño and tightly wrap in bacon. Season the outside of the bacon with your favorite bbq rub.
- Smoke at 325F for 45 minutes. Remove once the bacon is crispy and the jalapeño is softened.
- Dip in Bachan’s Japanese Dipping Sauce for added flavor!

• 12 large jalapeños
• 1 pound thin sliced bacon
• ¼ cup Bachan’s Hot & Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce
• 1 block cream cheese
• ½ cup cheddar cheese
• ½ cup mozzarella cheese
• ¼ cup green onions
• ¼ cup Bachan’s Japanese Dipping Sauce
