Texas Twinkies

Directions

  1. Combine brisket, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions and Hot & Spicy Bachan’s in a bowl then mix thoroughly.

  2. Cut an edge off of the jalapeño then remove the seed and core.

  3. Stuff the mixture into the jalapeño, then cover jalapeño and tightly wrap in bacon. Season the outside of the bacon with your favorite bbq rub.

  4. Smoke at 325F for 45 minutes. Remove once the bacon is crispy and the jalapeño is softened.

  5. Dip in the Bachan’s Original dipping sauce and enjoy!

BachansHot & SpicyThe perfect amount of sweet heat.

Great as a sauce or marinade on meat, fish, veggies, rice & anything in-between.

Our Hot & Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce has attitude. It’s like that edgy, salty cousin who’s just the right amount of dangerous to make you feel safe, but also alive. We gave our family recipe a kick of sweet heat with red jalapeno, and our crave-worthy flavor always comes from simple, clean ingredients. Let's eat! Itadakimasu!
