Yuzu Glazed Carrots
- Cook Time: 5 Minutes
- Serves: 4 People
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss cut carrots with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place on sheet pan, drizzle with Bachan’s Yuzu Japanese Barbecue Sauce.
- Bake covered for for 10 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until carrots are tender and roasted.
- Drizzle roasted carrots with honey and garnish with chopped carrot tops.
ingredients
• 2 lbs. carrots washed, peeled, and cut into 1 inch pieces (or use “baby carrots”)
• 2 tbsp. Olive oil
• 3 tbsp. Bachan’s Yuzu Japanese Barbecue Sauce
• Honey to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste
