Yuzu Glazed Carrots

Yuzu Glazed Carrots

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Toss cut carrots with oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place on sheet pan, drizzle with Bachan’s Yuzu Japanese Barbecue Sauce.

  4. Bake covered for for 10 minutes.

  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until carrots are tender and roasted.

  6. Drizzle roasted carrots with honey and garnish with chopped carrot tops.

• 2 lbs. carrots washed, peeled, and cut into 1 inch pieces (or use “baby carrots”)

• 2 tbsp. Olive oil 

• 3 tbsp. Bachan’s Yuzu Japanese Barbecue Sauce

• Honey to taste

• Salt and pepper to taste
