Yuzu Lo Mein

Directions

1. Whisk together Bachan’s Yuzu Barbecue Sauce, ground ginger, toasted sesame oil, and 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl. Set aside.

2. Cook the noodles according to the package and drain well.

3. Heat the oil over medium heat in a large frying pan or wok. Add the garlic, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

4. Turn the heat to medium high and add the mushrooms, carrot, and snow peas. Cook, tossing, until tender.

5. Add the cooked noodles and Bachan’s yuzu ginger sauce. Toss well until combined and everything is heated through.

6. Finish with sliced green onions and enjoy!

• 1/4 cup Bachan’s Yuzu Barbecue Sauce
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
• 1 lb lo mein noodles or spaghetti
• 1 tbsp oil
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1 small carrot, julienned
• 1 cup snow peas
• 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced•
