Yuzu Pimento Rye

Directions

1. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, drained pimentos, Bachan’s Yuzu Barbecue Sauce and shredded cheddar until throughly combined. Taste and season with black pepper.

2. Spread the pimento cheese onto the rye footballs and top with green onion strips arranged to look like laces. Enjoy!

4 ounce jar diced pimentos, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
rye bread cut out into football shapes
strips of green onion, to finish
