Air Fried Yuzu Brussel Sprouts

Directions

1. Toss the sprouts with 1 tbsp neutral oil and lightly season with salt and pepper. Place the sprouts in an air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 5 minutes, then shake and flip the sprouts and cook for another 5 minutes at 400°F.

2. While the sprouts are air frying, make the vinaigrette by whisking together the Bachan's Yuzu Japanese Barbecue Sauce, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, and mustard. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.

3. Arrange the crispy sprouts on a platter and dress with the vinaigrette. Finish with toasted walnuts and furikake.
