Air Fryer Chicken Kaarage

1. Toss the cubed chicken thighs in Bachan’s and oil and let marinate for 1 hour.
2. Toss the chicken in the cornstarch, coating well.
3. Lightly oil the air fryer basket and arrange the chicken in a single layer, with space in between. Spray the top of the chicken with oil (using an oil mister or cooking spray) and air fry at 400°F for 5-7 minutes. Flip, spray with oil, and air fry for another 5-7 minutes.
4. Immediately remove the chicken from the air fryer basket and let rest on a wire rack. Enjoy hot!
Note: for extra crispy chicken, let the chicken cool for 5 minutes then give it another 5 minutes at 400°F.
1 lb boneless, skin-on chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 tbsp Bachan’s
1/2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup cornstarch
