Air Fryer Panko Shrimp

Directions

1. Lightly toast the panko by adding it to a dry pan and toasting over medium heat, stirring occasionally until golden. Remove from the heat and spread out in a shallow bowl to cool.

2. Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.

3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and flour until smooth.

4. Dip the shrimp into the egg mix then the panko, pressing to coat on all sides.

5. Lightly oil the air fryer basket. If using cooking spray, spray the coated shrimp generously on both sides with oil.

6. Air fry the shrimp at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, or until cooked through and crispy.

7. Remove from the air fryer and serve with Bachan’s The Original Dipping Sauce.
