Salmon Skewers

Directions

1. Whisk together Bachan's Gluten-Free Japanese Barbecue Sauce and toasted sesame oil in a bowl. Add the salmon cubes and marinate for 15 minutes. If using bamboo or wooden skewers, soak the skewers to prevent burning.

2. Make the skewers, alternating the salmon with thin slices of lemon.

3. Air fry for 6-8 minutes at 375°F flipping once, or until flaky and cooked through.

4. Brush with extra Bachan's Gluten-Free Japanese Barbecue Sauce and air fry for 2-4 minutes at 400°F to caramelize and char. Finish with toasted sesame seeds and cilantro and enjoy.

Bachan'sGluten-FreeFeaturing gluten-free tamari, same bold flavor

What is Tamari? A Japanese soy sauce that is naturally gluten-free, made with only soybeans and no wheat. It’s richer, more complex, and has a more concentrated umami flavor than regular soy sauce.

Growing up, my bachan (aka granny) would cook up the most amazing meals with our family’s sauce. Now, we are honored to share this multi-generational recipe with you. Let’s eat! Itadakimasu!
