Yuzu Tofu Bowl

Directions

1. Cut the tofu into 1 inch cubes and dry on all sides with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel. Toss the cubes in the cornstarch, coating all sides evenly. Toss with neutral oil, then place in the air fryer basket.

2. Air fry the tofu until golden and crisp at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

3. While the tofu is crisping, add Bachan's Yuzu Japanese Barbecue Sauce and honey to a pan on medium high heat, stirring until the sauce starts to reduce and thicken. When the tofu is done, add tofu to the pan and toss until the tofu is glossy and evenly coated.

4. Serve tofu on rice with sliced cucumbers, avocado, toasted sesame and seaweed. Enjoy.
