Smoked Asian Meatballs

Directions
1. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Get them mixed well, but don’t overwork the mix.
2. Form 3 oz. meatballs and place in an oiled cast iron pan. Smoke on your @traegergrills at 225° for 1 hour or until internal temp is 150°.
3. Remove from grill and bring back to the stovetop. Place on high heat and sear all sides of meatballs. Turn heat down to medium low and wait a few minutes before adding additional Bachan’s Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce to the pan. Add Bachan’s to the pan and coat each meatball, cook for 3-5 minutes until sauce has reduced and thickened.
4. Garnish meatballs with toasted sesame seeds and remaining green onion. Serve with white rice!

5 Green Onions (finely diced, save one for garnish)
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 TablespoonToasted sesame seeds
