Bachan’s Wing Party

Directions
1. Pat the wings dry with paper towels or a clean kitchen towel and toss in the oil. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
2. In batches, place the wings in the air fryer basket, in a single layer, spacing evenly, and air fry for 8 minutes at 400°F (or prepare the hot wings in your favorite way).
3. Flip and continue to air fry for another 8 minutes or until the wings are golden and crispy. Repeat until all the wings are cooked, keeping the wings warm in a low oven.
4. When all the wings are cooked, prepare 6 large bowls with 2 tbsp of each Bachan’s flavor in each bowl. Divide the wings evenly between the bowls and toss to coat. Plate and top with garnishes as desired. Enjoy immediately with extra Bachan’s Sauces for drizzling and dipping.
