BBQ Baked Beans

Directions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet then drain the excess grease and drizzle 2 tbsp of Bachan’s in the meat. Remove from heat then set aside.
Fry up bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy then remove from the pan. Chop the bacon into bite size pieces then set aside.
Cook diced onions and diced green bell peppers in 1 tbsp of bacon fat for 7-10 minutes over medium heat until softened.
Combine all of the ingredients in an aluminum foil pan then mix thoroughly.
Place the pan on the smoker at 275°F for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Serve it up warm and enjoy!

• 1 pound of thick cut bacon
• 2 large cans of baked beans
• 1 large diced onion
• 2 green bell peppers
• ½ cup Bachan’s Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce
• ¼ cup pure maple syrup
• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp yellow mustard
• 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp burger seasoning
