Crispy Pork Belly Strips
- Cook Time: 2 Hours
- Serves: 8

Directions
- Slice a slab of pork belly into 2 inch thick slices.
- Lightly coat each piece of pork belly with some Bachan’s Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce. Season with the SPG (salt, pepper, garlic powder blend) and the Korean BBQ rub.
- Place the pork belly on a wire rack, then put them on the smoker at 250°F for 2 hours.
- Remove them from the smoker once they reach an internal temperature of 175°F and have a good smoky color.
- Place them in the airfryer at 350°F for 10 minutes, until crispy.
- Serve warm with a side of Bachan’s Original Japanese Dipping sauce and enjoy!
