Game Day Vegetarian Nachos

Directions

1. Make the pico de gallo: in a bowl, mix together the diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and Bachan's Hot and Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

2. On a large sheet pan, layer the nachos starting with chips, then cheese, peppers, jalapeño, tomatoes, and red onions.

3. Bake in a 400°F oven for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is gooey and melted.

4. Remove from the oven and top with the green onions and cilantro and enjoy with the pico de gallo.

ingredients

Hot & Spicy Pico de Gallo
3 medium tomatoes, diced
1 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp Bachan's Hot and Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce

Nachos
1 bag tortilla chips
3 cups shredded cheese of choice
1 cup diced peppers
2 jalapeños, thinly sliced
2 small tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup diced red onions
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
