Nom Nom Nachos

Directions

1. Make the pico de gallo: in a bowl, mix together the diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and Bachan's Sweet and Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

2. On a large sheet pan, layer the nachos starting with chips, then cheese, peppers, jalapeño, tomatoes, and red onions.

3. Bake in a 400°F oven for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is gooey and melted.

4. Remove from the oven and top with the green onions and cilantro and enjoy with the pico de gallo.
