Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Directions

  1. Cube up 3-4 golden potatoes and soak in ice water for 1 hour to remove starch.

  2. Cube a well marbled ribeye into ½ inch cubes then marinate it in ¼ cup of Bachan’s for 30-45 minutes.

  3. Preheat a skillet to high heat then add the marinated steak and cook for 3-5 mins. Remove and place the steak in a bowl once the steak has nice crust.

  4. Cube up an onion and red bell pepper.

  5. Add the drained and dried potatoes, cubed onions and bell pepper and cook for 7-10 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Add the steak back in the skillet along with 4 tbsp of butter, diced garlic, chives and parsley.

  7. Mix thoroughly then shut the heat off and serve warm!

Bachan'sThe OriginalBold, fresh and filled with umami flavor.

The one that started it all, the O.G. Japanese Barbecue Sauce – bold, savory-sweet, and so authentic, it should be notarized. Our crave-worthy flavors come from traditionally brewed soy sauce, mirin, ginger, garlic and green onion– only clean, simple ingredients.

Growing up, my bachan (aka granny) would cook up the most amazing meals with our family’s sauce. Now, we are honored to share this multi-generational recipe with you. Let’s eat! Itadakimasu!
