Sweet & Spicy Grilled Mochi

Directions

1. Toast the mochi for 5-8 minutes at 400°F or until the mochi puffs up and browns.

2. Place the Bachan’s in a bowl and immediately dip the mochi in Bachan’s Sweet and Spicy Barbecue Sauce, flipping to coat completely.

3. Top with nori strips and serve with toasted sesame seeds and extra Bachan’s Hot and Spicy Barbecue Sauce to dip.
