Hot & Spicy Short Ribs


1. Season ribs on both sides evenly. Sear in hot cast iron pan for approximately 3 min each side until desired tenderness.

2. In another pan sauté the broccolini in EV oil and salt. Pour a 1/4 cup of water into the pan to allow steam and cover it up for 2 min.

3. Plate broccolini and ribs. Hit the ribs with the good stuff : Bachan's Hot and Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce and a little more Meat Dave dry rub. Garnish with kimchi carrots.

4. Dig in! Time to grub.

½ inch cut beef flanken short ribs
Meat Dave all purpose dry rub
Bachan's Hot and Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce
Kimchi sliced carrots from Wise Goat Organics
¼ cup water
Sea salt
EV Olive Oil
