Hot & Spicy Totchos

1. Heat the oven to 350°F. Cook the tater tots according to the package directions, then lay them out in a single layer on a sheet pan.
2. Drizzle the tots generously with Bachan’s Hot and Spicy Barbecue Sauce, then top with the shredded cheese.
3. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven until the cheese melts, about 5-8 minutes.
4. When the cheese is melty and hot, remove the tray from the oven. Top the cheesy tots with the diced tomatoes, jalapeño, diced red onion, sliced green onions, and dollops of sour cream. Enjoy immediately with extra Bachan’s Hot and Spicy Barbecue Sauce for dipping.

1 package frozen tater tots
2 cups shedded Mexican blend cheese
1 medium tomato, diced
1 jalapeño, sliced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup sour cream
